It is the responsibility of the Programme Director (often in conjunction with the Subject Group Leader/Head of Subject Group) to advise the Timetabling Officer (or appropriate nominee) on the needs of the programme in relation to the timetable. The Programme Director will need to submit a list of the modules contributing to their programme to the timetabling officer and advise on the cohort size, timing and room requirements. The Timetabling Officer’s deadlines for submission of information will vary by School. You are therefore advised to check with the Timetabling Officer as soon as you are in post.
