The Programme Director leads on responding to External Examiners’ reports for their programme. Instructions on how the reports should be submitted are made available in the information sent with the appointment letter and the report template.

Reports should be sent from External Examiners to Student and Academic Services in the first instance. If you receive a report from an External Examiner directly, forward it to Student and Academic immediately. There is a flow chart detailing how the External Examiner reports and responses move through the University quality enhancement structures.
